Nagoya Meetup/Dispersal Option Details (Last updated: March 12)
- Transportation details will be updated as they are confirmed.
- The minimum number of participants required for the Nagoya meetup/dispersal option is 10 per session.
- Please note that if the minimum number is not reached 13 days prior to departure, the Nagoya option may be cancelled. In the event of cancellation, participants may either join the same session from a different meetup/dispersal location, or, if space is available, transfer to another session in which the Nagoya option is being operated. If you cancel due to the Nagoya option not being offered, no cancellation fee will be charged.
