Tokyo Meetup/Dispersal Transport Details (Last Updated: July 10)
- Transportation details will be updated as they are confirmed.
- All sessions will meet up and disperse at or near JR Tokyo Station.
- For sessions where we use Shinkansen, campers and staff will be divided into multiple groups and assigned to different trains.
- In case the Shinkansen seats cannot be reserved, we will use chartered bus between JR Tokyo Station and Mountain Park Tsunan.

Nagoya Meetup/Dispersal Option Details (Last updated: July 3)
- Transportation details will be updated as they are confirmed.
- The minimum number of participants required for the Nagoya meetup/dispersal option is 10 per session. –> The option has been confirmed for all sessions below.
- Please note that if the minimum number is not reached 13 days prior to departure, the Nagoya option may be cancelled. In the event of cancellation, participants may either join the same session from a different meetup/dispersal location, or, if space is available, transfer to another session in which the Nagoya option is being operated. If you cancel due to the Nagoya option not being offered, no cancellation fee will be charged.
