The English Adventure Camp Team

Our mission: Build strong kids

While many of our families know English Adventure for our summer camps, our organization works year-round to plan, train, and prepare for a wide range of camp programs, serving individual families, schools, and other groups.

English Adventure team members come from many walks of life, but what joins us together is our love of nature and the opportunity to work with children as they grow.

Dave Paddock (USA) – President

Staff A deep love of nature and the outdoors prompted Dave to study biology at Indiana University. Dave then spent over five years teaching in Japanese public schools and teaching returnee Japanese children, before combining these influences to create English Adventure. He is also the co-founder and former Chairman of NPO Mirai no Mori which provides transformative outdoor experiences to underserved children in Japan.
